The pricing of your cake is completely custom and dependent on size, flavor, style complexity and how many layers your order requires. The best way to get an estimate is by filling out an order form on our 'Order Form' page.

To secure your spot on the schedule, Coeur Cakes recommends a 2-3 week lead time for your order. Otherwise, there is no limit to how far in advance you may schedule. If Coeur Cakes has the availability, I can provide same day orders with an evening pick up time. If you would like an earlier pick up time, I will need at least a day in advance notice. Please call with questions about schedule availability. 

Absolutely! I can accommodate most dietary requests. Sugar Free Options are not available.

Yes, I offer beautifully curated tasting boxes that you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home. My tastings boxes are $75.00 for up to 5 flavors of cake, fillings and frosting for you to mix and match. You will also receive a complimentary bottle of champagne ( for clients 21 or older) or sparkling cider, 2 champagne cups, 2 forks, and a promise to deliver an elevated experience to your evening.

Yes! My delivery fee is a flat rate of $15.00 with in a 15 mile radius. Anything outside a 15 mile radius, I charge $1.00 per mile round trip. (ex: If you are located 20 miles from me, the fee will be $40.00)

Yes, I typically take a 50% deposit to secure your order. 

Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. If a cancellation is made after the 36 hour mark, you will not receive a refund of your deposit but this amount can be used towards your next order.

Those who share their experience with Coeur Cakes on Google are eligible for a 10% discount on their next order. 

Most of my cakes hold best kept at room temperature in an airtight container. Cheesecakes and cakes that are layered in custard or decorated in cream cheese frosting, must be kept in a cool environment. Please give your cake at least 3 hours to come to room temperature before serving.
