There is no limit to how far in advance you may schedule. If Coeur Cakes has the availability, I can provide same day orders with an evening pick up time. If you would like an earlier pick up time, I will need at least a day in advance notice. Please call with questions about schedule availability.

The pricing of my cakes truly depend on size, style complexity and how many layers your order requires. The best way to get an accurate price quote is by calling Coeur Cakes directly or filling out an order form.

Yes, I do. My tastings are $45 for 2 guests and up to 5 flavors as well as a complimentary bottle of champagne during your tasting (21+ Please provide ID, if requested).

Most of my cakes hold best kept at room temperature in an airtight container. Cheesecakes and cakes that are layered in custard or decorated in cream cheese frosting, must be kept in a cool environment. 

Yes, I typically take a 50% deposit to secure your order. However, I am flexible with that depending on your individual needs.

Cancellations must be made atleast 36 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. If a cancellation is made after the 36 hour mark, you will not receive a refund of your deposit but this amount can be used towards your next order.
