Coeur Cakes is a licensed cottage bakery proudly serving Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding communities since 2024. Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Jasmine and Bryson Brandt, Coeur Cakes is built on a shared passion for creating handcrafted cakes made with high-quality ingredients, personalized flavors, and one-of-a-kind designs.

At Coeur Cakes, we believe every cake tells a story, your story. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, wedding, baptism, baby shower, anniversary, or another meaningful milestone, every cake is thoughtfully designed with care, creativity, and attention to detail. We believe cake is more than dessert, it's an experience that brings people together and creates lasting memories.

As parents to three amazing children, with our fourth little one on the way, family is at the heart of everything we do. We love raising our family in this incredible community and feel honored to celebrate alongside yours. Supporting local families and businesses isn't just part of our work; it's part of who we are.

Together, we each bring our own strengths to every order. Bryson is the baker behind every cake, ensuring each layer is baked to perfection. He's the mastermind behind precise measurements, recipe consistency, and all the behind-the-scenes troubleshooting and building needed,  His attention to detail is nothing short of miraculous and, as an added bonus, being bald certainly helps keep stray hairs out of the batter! We like to call that an unexpected quality-control perk!

Jasmine is the artist and creative face of Coeur Cakes. From dreaming up custom designs and handcrafting every cake to communicating with clients, marketing, advertising, web design, and managing the day-to-day operations, she's passionate about creating edible works of art that tell each client's unique story.
